On Tuesday, May 4, 2021, 20-year-old Devon Cole Bishop was walking through an apartment complex parking lot when an altercation occurred. The victim was shot during the altercation. Officers responded to the area and located the victim lying on the ground unresponsive. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital but did not survive his injuries. Phoenix Police Department investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
