**Automotive Technician Position Available**

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of A-Tech Automotive Technician.

The following duties will apply:

Vehicle inspections and identifying issues in engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
Routine Maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, belt and fluid checks).
AC servicing and/or replacement
Heating systems
Suspension systems, service, replacement, and alignments.
Provide a detailed write-up for customer knowledge and vehicle records.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of different vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and know how to use them, and be willing to stay up-to-date on modernized vehicles and each OEM's procedures to repair them.

Specialized systems on-site for technical reference and diagnostic ability.

Pay depending on experience -Top pay for the right dedicated person.

🤔Here’s something to think about…….

😳Can you image going from body shop to body shop seeing vehicles repaired incorrectly & unsafe, and then never saying anything to the owner of that vehicle?

😤This is a self describe reality for a lot of insurance adjusters. In fact when confronted & asked about these issues, the answer is almost always the same from adjuster to adjuster and that is……”it’s not my job”

🤷🏼‍♂️Then what is your job? Anyone that has experienced an interaction with an insurance adjuster sure as hell knows that they are willing to speak up when it involves trying to save money for their insurance company…….but never when it has to do with your family’s safety or quality of repair????

⚠️It’s for this reason we always suggest to never trust the person that owes you with deciding how much they will pay you.

👉🏼Any shop that is worthy of earning your trust will be fully transparent and work exclusively for you and you alone.

💯It is not my job to save your insurance company money! My job is to repair your vehicle back to your manufacturer’s specifications
