Dear Mr. Smith, Our company actually goes above and beyond to help our honest customers. Not only did we sell you a 2001 Corolla Engine on 10/2/2020, we reduced the price by $200 dollars, and we took the $100.00 core charge off since the company you said you were with is a great customer of ours. Only to find out you were not supposed to use their name, did you then have the credit card company you paid with- deny the charges and claim it was a fraudulent payment of $650.00. Which you refused to pay until we threatened legal action. After that, on 11/04/2020 you then tried to say we sold you a bad engine. Even after the 30 day warranty had expired, we asked you to bring it to us, for us to make it right, did we find it was actually your CORE that you tried to pass as our engine. But see Mr. Smith, we personally mark in numerous ways and engrave our engines when we sell them for this purpose right here. After all that, we only charged you $50.00 for the Core you decided to keep instead of the original $100.00, despite the shady business you tried to pull. I have paperwork and copies if you wish for me to prove the type of business man you are. Please remove the posts you made in various groups, and refrain from slandering us, as our reviews clearly speak for themselves.
