• Make sure pets are supervised and cleaned up after
• Keep walkways and parking areas clear for everyone’s safety

Helpful Reminders for Our Community Residents

As a reminder, keeping up with routine home maintenance helps protect your investment and keeps our community looking its best.

Please remember to regularly check for plumbing leaks, replace HVAC filters, and keep vents clear. Address small repairs early to prevent larger issues later. Make sure skirting, steps, handrails, and porches are secure and in good condition.

Help prevent water damage by ensuring water drains away from your home and hoses are not leaking. Avoid storing items under your home, as this can attract pests and create hazards.

For safety, test smoke detectors regularly, avoid overloading electrical outlets, and keep grills a safe distance from your home. Vehicles should be parked in designated areas only, and any fluid leaks should be repaired promptly.

We also ask all residents to maintain their yards, keep trash properly sealed, pick up after pets, and be mindful of noise levels to ensure a respectful and pleasant environment for everyone.
