Hey everyone! It's tax season and we all know this is the time of year we start to look at investing in a new Car, Truck, or RV. Be sure to not to pay too much! When you have whatever you are looking to buy, inspected, it gives you, the consumer power during negotiations. Recent inspection of a 5th wheel, 2010 Keystone Cougar. Found a few things that prevented my client from purchasing. As you can see, in pictures, the rear wall has delaminated due to water intrusion, because of failed sealants at the roof termination seal. Be sure to get whatever you purchase INSTPECTED!!!!

A few recent inspection photo's done for a local glass company looking for a second van. This was at a Dealership. They wanted over 20k for it, besides all the mold covering everything, missing airbag covers, screws in tires, no jack for the spare. It wouldn't start, not even with a jump start. Thankfully we saved our customer from loosing out on business, looking at this. Always get it Inspected!

Update!! We inspect Travel Trailers!! Over the past couple weeks, I have inspected four 5th wheel trailers for a client. All were 75k up to 105k. I can't stress the importance of getting whatever you are purchasing INSPECTED! I found that, two of the 5th wheels, needed complete roof replacement. Which can run upwards of 20k right now in todays market.
