Customer towed in with a clunking noise and no 3rd gear. Simple lift inspection showed us the source of the clunking noise, the support mount completely failed.

Well established Transmission shop is looking for a qualified center manager. Since 1998 we have been central New Jersey’s most reliable transmission experts. Same owners, same location, same customers. We are growing quickly and need a center manager to coordinate day to day operations of the business. As the current management team concentrates on growing and maintaining our fleet accounts. A lot of our growth is due to our industry accounts, for example we have major companies from the Airline industry to the Ports who rely on us to keep their vehicles going.

Applicant should have a previous automotive repair sales experience. Although transmission repair sales experience is a plus it is not necessary.

Applicant must be able to:

1) Confidently answer phone.
2) Prepare estimates.
3) Sell repairs.
4) Coordinate technician assignments.
5) Deliver vehicle repairs in a timely manner.

We belong to the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association as well as mainting subscriptions to Identifix and Mitchell on Demand.

We have an incredible staff of mechanics and rebuilders who are experienced and reliable. Moreover they have been with us for years.

This positions pays salary plus commissions and year end bonus.

Additional bonuses for positive reviews, meeting sales goals and going above and beyond what is required.

Paid Vacation, sick days and holidays.

Well established Transmission shop is looking for a qualified center manager. Candidate should have a previous automotive repair sales experience. Although transmission sales experience is a plus it is not necessary.

Candidate must be able to:

1) answer phone.
2) prepare estimates.
3) sell repairs.
4) coordinate with technicians regarding repairs.
5) deliver vehicles in a timely manner.

We belong to the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association as well as mainting subscriptions to Identifix and Mitchell on Demand.

We have 2 staff rebuilders and 3 installers/mechanics who are the best of the best and have been with us for years.

This positions pays salary plus commissions and year end bonus. Additional bonuses for positive reviews, meeting sales goals and going above and beyond what is required. Paid Vacation, sick days and holidays.
