The insurance company won't always tell you but you can take your vehicle to any shop you please as long as that shop has never had a fraud case or realy bad quality with that insurer. Companies usually want 2 or three bids and they will do their magic and decide if it's totalled or repairable. So get your estimate stop by and I will beat It by 10+%
