For nearly 50 years, Schieks RV has been a family-owned and operated dealership dedicated to helping families make memories outdoors. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced RV Technician to join our team in Fond du Lac.
Pay
💰 $18–$40 per hour
Based on experience and skill level.
What You’ll Do
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RV systems
* Perform inspections, maintenance, warranty, and reconditioning work
* Service plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, and other RV components
* Install accessories and customer upgrades
* Prepare new and used RVs for customer delivery
* Conduct professional customer orientations and delivery walkthroughs, ensuring owners understand the operation and features of their RV
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
✅ RV technician with experience
✅ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
✅ Knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, appliance, and mechanical systems
✅ Ability to work independently and efficiently
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
