Your team is a direct reflection of you. 8 cars a month? You’re an 8-car manager. 18 cars a month? You’re an 18-car manager. Your job is to make your players great. 🚗📈

Training isn't like flipping a switch on Christmas tree lights. 🎄

Everyone learns at a different pace, and not every salesperson is built the same. Pushing a veteran to master every digital tool or making a rookie cold approach fresh leads can drain motivation fast.

Take a lesson from baseball: a great coach doesn't give every hitter the same swing. They adapt to each player's body, comfort zone, and strengths.

Be patient. Coach the individual. Build on strengths. ⚾

KintzNOW is like having a full-time, in-house trainer without the extra payroll. Your team trains at their own pace, and usage reports show you who's improving and who needs a hand.

Being a great salesperson doesn’t automatically make you a great manager.

Selling and leading are two completely different skill sets.

Too often, dealerships promote their best salesperson into management and expect them to magically know how to coach, develop, motivate, and hold a team accountable.

That’s not training. That’s hoping.

Great coaches aren’t necessarily the best players. They’re the people who know how to bring out the best in the people around them.

Your managers need training, too.

That’s where KintzNOW comes in.

Give your managers and salespeople access to dealership-tested training they can actually use—without adding another full-time trainer to your payroll.

Your team improves—even when you’re not in the room.

Every dealership manager is a sales manager — period.

Whether you're running F&I or used cars, your real job title is the same: Sales Manager. No more hiding behind "I'm just not a people person" — coaching is the job, just like a coach who adapts across positions on a team.

🔑 Key takeaways:
✅ F&I and used car managers = sales managers, full stop
✅ "Not good with people" isn't an excuse — coaching is a skill you build
✅ One-on-ones + real training aren't optional — they're how deals actually get desked right
✅ Most teams think they're aligned... but everyone's running their own version of "the process"

If your management team isn't consistent, your numbers won't be either.

🚗💼 Amateurs practice until they get it right. Pros practice until they CAN'T get it wrong.

That's the difference between a good sales team and a great one — and it starts with how you train.

✅ Keep practice fun and competitive
✅ Use interactive drills (yes, even volleyballs) to sharpen objection handling and closing skills
✅ Recognize your heavy hitters and celebrate the wins
✅ Modernize your training culture — ditch the grind, build the game

Managers: don't let "I don't feel like it" be an option. Set the standard, keep the energy up, and watch your amateurs turn into pros.

Are you overdrawn with your team? 💸

Every leader has an "emotional bank account" with each employee. Catch people doing good things, recognize them publicly, and keep making those deposits. That's what earns you the right to make a withdrawal when it's time for a tough, accountable conversation.

When your balance is strong, you can dig in, give direct feedback, and have straight talk without overdrawing the account. Most leaders struggle because they haven't made enough deposits to begin with.

"Change isn't optional—it's how you win the customer." 🚗💡

From breaking old store-centered habits to embracing tech that speeds things up, today's takeaway is clear: dealerships that put the customer first (not the process) are the ones that'll thrive.

Stop losing leads you already paid for. Get the 3-course Sales Bundle — Convert Leads, AI Mastery, and Video Selling — for $397. 👉 LINK IN BIO!

The difference between a $150K rep and a $300K rep on your floor? It's not the pay plan. It's the refusal to be #2. Top closers don't chase money — they chase the win, and the commission follows. If you're building your sales team, hire for competitive fire, not just hunger for a paycheck.

Build a team that hates losing. KintzNOW trains your people in the skills that turn competitiveness into commission. 🔗 Link in bio to get started.

Being "Top 1%" isn't about luck — it's about the grind nobody sees.

While everyone's chasing the highlight reel, the real 1% are putting in the hours no one's watching: the early mornings, the sacrifices, the discipline when motivation runs out. It's not talent. It's not timing. It's the relentless commitment to showing up when it's hard — and having the right training to back it up.

The mindset separates the 1% from everyone else. The skills are what turn that mindset into results.
