Considered Florida’s largest urban park, Oleta encompasses more than 1,000 acres of greenery set against Biscayne Bay, ideal for kayaking, biking, hiking, swimming and camping. Originally known as the Big Snake River, the area was once a settlement of Tequesta Indians. Inside the park, an osprey may swoop into your sightline and the high-rise condo resorts of nearby Sunny Isles Beach will become a mere memory.

Whether you spend the night or just an afternoon, Oleta River State Park is an outdoor oasis that feels miles away from the city without the need to leave town.

Time to travel with TopRVrental ! ⛺️🛻🇺🇸

Kelly Park Rock Springs is one of the most beautiful springs in Florida. Most folks come here for the tubing – the narrow, gushing channel down which Rock Springs Run pours is the best natural water park in Florida – but some of us appreciate the trails, too.
The main attraction there is a gorgeous natural Florida spring and spring run, which is great for tubing. Some people describe Rock Springs as Orlando’s natural lazy river, which is a great description!

Rock Springs Kelly Park is less than 30 miles away from Orlando, but it feels like you’re in a different world. The spring and park is surrounded by beautiful, peaceful nature and lots of Florida Wildlife.
Rock Springs starts flowing from its spring vent, located inside Dr. Howard A. Kelly Park. After rising from the spring vent, it forms a small, clear river known as Rock Springs Run.

Today it’s a destination for nature lovers. No matter whether you want to splash in its chilly waters, set up camp at the campground, or wander the trails, you’ll find plenty to do.

Have you ever visited a concert under the water? Bet you, no. That’s why next event in Florida could be interesting for everyone, will be held on 8-9 July this year.

Since 1985, this unique experience gives divers and snorkelers an opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the reef while surrounded by the sound of tunes. Throughout the day, the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary interjects messages designed to educate the public about the fragile reef environment.

It’s not uncommon for divers and snorkelers to find a mermaid pretending to play a “fluke-a-lele” in the waters of Looe Key Reef during this underwater July concert.  The Lower Keys Underwater Music Festival is a one-of-a-kind event that aims to promote reef protection.  Hosted by US1 Radio 104.1 FM, they promote a “submerged soundtrack” for divers and snorkelers to enjoy while taking in the beauty of the reef.  The playlist often includes ocean-themed tunes, like the Beatles’ “Yellow Submarine.”Photographers and videographers come from all over the world to film this festival . . . there’s nothing like it anywhere else! It provides footage that is seen around the entire world, promoting our diving industry and sharing information about our delicate oceanic environment in the Lower Keys.

CAMPERS FOR RENT, FLORIDA ! ⛺️🛻🇺🇸

If you’re on the southern end of the state, a trip down to the Florida Keys is a must. There are a ton of options of RV resorts and campgrounds in the Keys, but the state parks are your best bet when it comes to the cost.  Plus, the Keys are home to some of the best state parks in the country! One of the campground is John Pennekamp State Park, located in Key Largo.

There are 2 beach areas that are great for spending the afternoon. One thing to know about Florida Keys beaches is that they aren’t made up of soft sand like in Destin. It’s pretty rocky and overall rough on the feet. That’s great for snorkeling and scuba diving, but not for hanging at the beach. So be prepared with the proper footwear when going in the water and you’ll be just fine.

As mentioned, the main attraction at John Pennekamp is the snorkeling and scuba diving. Just off the coast of Cannon Beach, there is a Spanish shipwreck that offers a great diving experience. They have tours that go out and they also rent all the equipment you’ll need if you don’t have your own. Another great activity at Pennekamp is kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. These are available for rent for a reasonable price, and the 2.5 miles of mangrove trails offer a great spot to explore.

CAMPERS FOR RENT, FLORIDA ! ⛺️🛻🇺🇸

Until last week, if you’d told me Florida peaches were just as good as famous Georgia peaches, I would have balked. But that’s before I discovered this Orlando u-pick peach farm near Clermont, smack in the middle of the state.
There’s a well-versed in the flavor bombs that are Florida strawberries and celebrated citrus at the state’s many excellent U-pick farms where you can pluck the seasonal bounty. Could you imagine how incredibly delicious and different Florida peaches are. That’s because you won’t find Florida peaches for sale in big supermarket chains. And they’re regrettably few and far between at farm stands, maybe cause there is no chance them to get there when there are so many visitors wants to join. There are not so many farms around you should visited, one of my favourite one is Southern Hill Farms, near Orlando where peaches are in season from April to June on the five sprawling acres of peach trees recently planted here. 

If you are travelling around state with a travel trailer this place must to see! And of course, there are plenty of comfortable full hooks up campgrounds around for you to set up.

When you take your first trip or two out to the campground, you may have glorious plans of roasting marshmallows with the kids, finishing the latest mystery novel by the lake, or enjoying the serenity of fishing.
But while you’re living it up at the campsite, you might be breaking a few faux pas of campground etiquette. As with any new camper, you’ll probably make some embarrassing campground mistakes. 

Hopefully, if you’ve been camping a few times, you’ve started to learn new skills and habits. For RVers who have years of experience, it’s comical to look back on the early days and chuckle at all of the embarrassing campground mistakes.

So , here some of them:
- Using the Wrong Equipment at the Dump Station
- Not Paying Attention to Height and Width of Campsites
- Leaving Your Awning Out on a Windy Day

Do a little bit of research before heading out on your first camping trip. It’s exciting and adventurous, but you want it to be adventurous for the right reasons. Go camping with confidence, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Everyone at the campground had to start somewhere.

Alright adults, there is interesting event just for you!  The Hukilau is a festival that celebrates Polynesian tiki bars with drinks, musical performances, mermaid shows, hula events, rum tastings, and cocktail classes.  You’ll find all sorts of different ticket passes for their 5-day festival, so you can enjoy your version of island-inspired fun. Paddle, swim, or parachute in for four days of Tiki adventure happening at the nearby campgrounds, just 15 minutes east of the Mai-Kai.

But Fort Launderdale is not only about this event, with its average year-round temperature of 75.5 degrees Fahrenheit and over 3,000 hours of sunlight, Fort Lauderdale is a favorite destination spot for vacationers looking to explore Florida. Named after a group of forts that existed during the Second Seminole War, the city that exists now hosts millions of tourists annually.
There are over 33 miles of beaches in the Fort Lauderdale area as well as boardwalks, shops, cantinas, and restaurants that offer the full experience of oceanside fun. In addition, the city is home to a cultural arts center with museums, theaters, and art exhibits. If you are looking to rent an RV and drive down to the area, there are a number of Fort Lauderdale, Florida campgrounds with space available.
