"As a shop owner, there's one phrase that really bothers me:

"I wish someone would have told me."

Usually, it comes from a customer who had their vehicle serviced somewhere else and is now facing a major repair.

The reality is that many expensive repairs don't happen overnight. They start as small issue that grow into a larger one.

That's why every vehicle that comes through Spencer Auto Repair receives our courtesy inspection. We check over 80 points on your vehicle, looking for current concerns and potential issues that could cause problems down the road.

Our goal isn't to pressure you into repairs. It's to educate you, keep you informed, and help you make the best decisions for your vehicle and your budget." -Brittney Spencer

Bad brakes don't always make noise.

Many drivers wait for a squeak or grinding sound before having their brakes checked, but worn brakes can be dangerous long before they make any noise. Reduced stopping power, longer stopping distances, and expensive damage to calipers can happen without warning.

✅ Get a FREE brake inspection at Spencer Auto and drive with confidence.

Deep grooves, severe wear, and heavy corrosion were reducing the rotor's ability to provide proper braking performance. When your brakes can't do their job effectively, stopping distances can increase when you need them most.

Regular brake inspections help catch issues like this before they become a safety risk.

"My daughter bought a used car and needed to drive it out of state. It needed to be checked over before she went. Spencer's had an opening and gave it a thorough check, found a concerning problem and actually had an opening to make the repair. They were friendly and thorough. Thank you!! I will bring my cars here to be checked every time."
