Looking for a Auto Body Repair tech. One of my techs is moving to one of my other locations so I have a spot open in my Flint Twp. Location. $75k-$95k position historically.
Qualified tech must have state certifications and be able to step right in and perform all aspects of the auto Body repair trade.
*Chief frame machine.
*Velocity measuring system
*Pro-spot I4 strw welders

Up to $22.00 per flat rate hour.
Mech labor converted to body labor.

There are several reasons why (usually out of our control) so please be aware that our repair completion times since Covid have been terrible.
Covid has caused insurance companies to be severely understaffed. When we finally get an estimate from an insurance company they are hurriedly written and 90% of the time they require a supplement as soon as we get it. Depending on the insurance company the supplement process has been taking 2-4 weeks. This adds up to sometimes a month before we can even order parts for a job. Then we cross our fingers and hope that parts are not back ordered for the job.
Please know we are working harder than ever to try to expedite the repairs.... it seems like a losing battle but please know we are trying our best and ask for your patience.
