🔧 WE’RE HIRING COME JOIN THE TX ELITE TEAM!

TX Elite Auto & Performance is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who wants more than just another place to turn wrenches.
We’re a busy, growing shop where you’ll get to work on a little bit of everything — domestic, European, imports, late-model vehicles, classics, performance builds, diagnostics, heavy-line repairs and more. If you enjoy variety, you won’t be staring at the same job every day here.
Just as important as the work itself is the environment you work in. We’ve built a fun, friendly shop where our team has grown close and become more like family. We work hard, help each other out, have a good time doing it, and want to add someone who fits that same atmosphere.
We also believe good technicians deserve to be taken care of.

💵 $30–$45+ per flat-rate hour, depending on experience
🏖️ Paid Vacation & PTO
💰 401(k)
🔧 Busy Shop & Plenty of Work
🚗 Huge Variety of Vehicles & Interesting Jobs
🤝 Fun, Friendly, Close-Knit Team Environment

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, their own professional tools, a strong work ethic, and pride in what they do. Experience with heavy-line repair and diagnostics is a big plus.
If you’re an experienced technician looking for a place where your skills are valued, the work stays interesting, and the people you work with actually enjoy being around each other, we’d love to meet you.
Send us a message and come meet the TX Elite family!
