Marina Services Inc. Fishing Tournament's Marine Services Inc. was originally created as a boat and motor repair shop back in 1995.

We have now branched off and in addition to our shop we also run most of the tournaments that are held on West Point Lake at Highland Marina resort.

Kimber Horton had an awesome win today with 15 lbs. 8 oz. but the big news is that she went home with the big fish prize for her 5 lbs. 2 oz. large mouth so she won $350 for the tournament $160 for her big fish and an extra $250 from Larry at Overboard Marine bringing her total winnings today to an astonishing $760. Way to go Kimber. 

Second place went to Bishop Hannah who weighed in 13 lbs. 15 oz. and he brings home $200

Third place went to our current points standing leader Baylor Corley who weighed in 13 lbs. 10 oz.

The next tournament is June 14 so make sure you come out and cheer on the kids!

Attention, starting this Sunday in addition to the normal $10 per boat for the big fish, Overboard, Marine & RV  is offering a an extra $250 cash bonus for the big fish. All you need to do is go by Overboard Marine to claim your prize and bring your winning big fish kid with you for pictures.

Baylor Corley wins today’s Kids Extreme tournament with 19 lbs. 4 oz. He also went home with the big fish prize for his 5 lbs. 14 oz. large mouth bring his total today to $500 and that puts him in the overall lead so far in the point standings. Way to go, Baylor!

Kimber Horton took home second place with 15 lbs. 2 oz. and just missed the big fish prize by 1 ounce. Today she goes home with $200.

Annaston Summerlin came in third place today with 12 lbs. 5 oz. She goes home with $80.

For those of you that have been following the kids, extreme team trail for the past few years will recognize all three of these names as previous champions!

We had great weather today and 15 boats. The next tournament is April 26, so be sure to come out and cheer your kids on!

Jones Kirby takes home first place in the first kids extreme of 2026 with a whopping 21 pounds 8 oz. And goes home with $300 today. Congratulations Jones, great start to the season!

Cage Graham took home second place with 13 lbs. 5 oz he also took home the big fish prize for his 5 lbs. 3 oz. large mouth. He goes home with $280 dollars today.

Rounding out the top three is Baylor Corley who brought 12 lbs. 8 oz. to the Scales today and goes home with $80.

It was wet and cold all day today, but the kids showed a little weather won’t hold them back. The next tournament will be held March 22. Hope to see you all there to come and cheer on the kids!

The West Point Lake Kids Extreme Tournaments Sponsored Overboard Marine and RV is here again 2026. This is our 27th year of running this tournament and we never tired of it!

As always, this event is open to a kid who is 16 years old or younger to fish with a boater who is 18 years or older.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC !!

All of our tournaments will be held out of Highland Marina on beautiful West Point Lake. New this year we will sign up and weigh in at the boat ramp. Our entry fee has gone down to $80 per team, but you still must pay the ramp fee at the kiosk.

* $80 entry fee, which includes big fish pot
* One in five entries paid
*. A Points system will be kept throughout the year. If you fish three or more tournaments, you will be automatically be eligible for our no entry fee, classic at the end of the year

Kimber Horton Secures Victory in the Classic! Today, she weighed in at 13 lbs. 12 oz. and also had the big fish of the tournament, weighing 5 lbs. 15 oz. Today, she took home the trophy, a new rod & reel, and a substantial $750 payout. Congratulations to Kimber on her impressive win.

Coming in second place in the classic was Caige Graham, who weighed in at 12 lbs. 8 oz. and took home the trophy and $400 for his effort.

Third place went to Bishop Hannah, who weighed in at 12 lbs. 6 oz. and took home the trophy and $300.

Congratulations to all participants in the classic.

We held our award ceremony directly after the classic tournament. Congratulations to Annaston Summerlin, our new angler of the year and 2025 Champion.

Second place overall went to River Smith, following in his brother’s footsteps.

Third place in the overall point standings was Dawson Graham, who unfortunately could not participate in the Classic.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the 26 teams who completed this tournament trail throughout the year.

The West Point Lake Kids Extreme Classic is coming up Sunday, October 19. Below you will find the qualifiers who are going to fish this year.

Be sure to come out and cheer them on for this great event we will have food and many door prizes directly after the tournament.

The award ceremony will take place as always at Highland Marina. The Way in is open to anybody, especially all the kids that fish this year‘s tournaments.

Jones Kirby wins the final regular season tournament of 2025 with 16 lbs. 5 oz. He also took home the big fish prize for his 5 lbs. 5 oz. largemouth and he ended up bringing home $520 today for his efforts way to go, Jones!

Kimber Horton took home second place today with 15 lbs. 6 oz. and she went home with an extra $200

River Smith rounds out the top three with 14 lbs. 9 oz. and he goes home with an extra $100.

 The next stop is the Classic! All the fisherman who have a Q beside their name on the final standings qualified and will fish in the place they finished.

A special congratulation goes to Aniston Summerlin, who finished at the top of the leaderboard in a very tight race!

The final standings are posted at the end of these pictures. The Classic will be held on October 19. Where 15 teams will compete for the $1500 classic payout. Be sure to come out to the classic and award ceremony and enjoy some food from our friends at Overboard Marine.

Annaston Summerlin brings home the win in our fourth tournament of the year with 15 lbs. 5 oz. and that keeps her in the points lead for the overall trail so far. Keep it up girl! She went home with $300 today.

Baylor Corley took home the second place with 13 lbs. 13 oz. but he also went home with an extra $140 for his 6 lbs. 10 oz. big fish which is the largest caught in the tournament trail so far. He brings home $290 today.

River Smith brought home the third place prize with 11 lbs. 6 oz. and he went home with an extra $90.

It was a hot one out there today, but the kids seem to do pretty good as always. Our next tournament will be August 24 so make sure you come out and cheer on the kids for the fifth and final tournament of the year before the classic.
