Built for the mountain. Born to make noise.

To celebrate the 104th Running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, we’re throwing it back to one of the wildest machines to come out of Kellymoss: Bernice, our Pikes Peak 997 monster.

Originally built from a 2013 997 Cup car, Bernice was transformed into a full “R” spec, ethanol-burning, twin-turbo 4.0L weapon, complete with custom wiring, MoTeC controls, and wind tunnel-tested aero.

Pikes Peak doesn’t forgive much. Thin air, 156 turns, and a climb to 14,115 feet make it one of motorsport’s ultimate tests. Bernice was built for exactly that kind of madness.

A hard-fought race at Road Atlanta for the Kellymoss GT World Challenge America program.

Colin Braun and Michael Clark led the way for the team with a fourth-place finish in the Pro-Am class, while Todd Parriott and Riley Dickinson crossed the line in eighth, followed by John Gilliland and Loek Hartog in ninth.

Plenty learned, plenty to build on, and we’ll be ready to keep pushing at Road America.
