"I visited Fincastle Automotive for a transmission diagnostic. They went above and beyond at assessing the issue, and identified other less critical issues. Communication was great, and was responsive. Will, the person who contacted me, was straightforward and willing to listen/answer my many questions. In the end, the flushed the transmission and added new fluid with a special additive. The shuddering is nearly non-existent now. I still have a transmission issue but it is much less noticeable and I am hoping gives me another 100-200k miles from the car (it has 300k miles now). A new transmission was not an option. Thank you Will and team, for a job well done!"
