In case you haven’t gotten photos, tic tok’s, snap chats, haven’t seen the volley ball club’s post, haven’t been watching the news, or diven by S&G rubberneckin in the last day, Ill put it to rest. Sadly the rumors and photos of the fire are all true.
We unfortunately suffered a major loss in our current location to a fire that started sometime early Saturday morning. We lost tools, parts and the worst part, customer vehicles. We’ve already notified the customers that suffered loss, so no need to call and ask how your baby is.
It’s not yet known what caused the fire, but we should find out once all the inspections and investigations are done with. We won’t be open for business at our office currently. We WILL get the phones set up as soon as possible at the start of the business week.
We are seeking a new location that we can hopefully get moved into somewhat quickly. We were already back logged with stuff to do, and this just set us back at least another couple weeks. For those of you that have vehicles there currently being worked on, we will complete them once we’ve set up at our new temporary-ish location. Many of you have my cell (Dustin) but if you don’t and are in dire need to hear one of our voices over the phone, send a message and we’ll call you at our earliest availability.
Thank you to the Twin Falls Fire Department, and Filer Fire for getting it out so fast. Fortunately nobody was hurt. Thank you to all the amazing customers and friends who stopped by and called asking to help. In a situation like this, you don’t really know how much that means to us. We are in this business for the people and It’s terribly unfortunate that we couldn’t protect the vehicles that were lost. We are in the business to return your rides better than when they come in. Please know, that it’s not an easy season on anyone that’s been involved or affected. We will hustle to get things moving again as quickly as possible. We love our job, and we love our customers! This is a brief pause, and we will be back to building and repairing in the very near future!
