Collision Center Northwest

09/19/2026

We're hiring body shop technicians in Tacoma. 🔧

Here's what you get at Collision Center Northwest:

🔹 Work on some of the finest vehicles on the road — BMW, MINI, and everything in between
🔹 The tools and training to do it right, every panel, every time
🔹 Full health, vision, and dental coverage
🔹 Retirement matching
🔹 Paid time off
🔹 Steady volume — we're growing, not coasting
🔹 A team built for the long haul, not a revolving door

We believe when technicians are taken care of, they take care of the customer. That's how a one-bay shop in Olympia turned into fifty-eight years of family ownership.

Loyalty. Integrity. Family. Excellence.

If that's how you work, we want to talk.

Your insurance company may recommend a preferred shop, but they’re not always certified. Non-certified repairs can sometimes involve unsafe shortcuts, putting you and your loved ones in danger. We’ve seen first hand what can happen when vehicles aren’t repaired to factory standards. In the state of WA, you 🫵🏻 can choose what body shop you’d like to use. Choose a CERTIFIED shop so your repair follows factory procedures and uses genuine OEM parts. Your life and those of your loved ones deserve to be protected. We’re BMW, MINI, and Toyota certified. Call us today at 253-650-1200 for a estimate and even same day repairs! ✨
