RANT!
I just want to say it's so hard to understand what the world has came to and why people are so rude and so ungrateful. We work so hard, treat our customers fair, give them solutions and options and anything we can do to make sure they are taken care of then you get this one person that ruins it!
It really makes us wonder about the future of our children.
We had a a new person come here to pick up his truck today his intial was BF. I will make sure everyone is aware of what kind of person this guy really is. He didn't want repairs done and thought we were too expensive in price. His Truck had 34 hours of work. We are one of the lowest labor rates in County. I communicated via text where everything was explained. Sometimes I do tend to over communicate but that's what we do here. He found internet pricing cheaper, we as a business carry warranty and stand behind our work so yes there will be a price difference. He was questioning everything that we looked at and priced. He made it clear that he knew more than our shop knew. His Truck was here for 2 weeks or so (the flu went thru our shop which caused us to get backed up with work) He questioned me on everything, so rude, so disrespectful and he argued that no one, not even Ubelhor in jasper charged a diagnostic fee. Keep in mind it was ONLY $45. We had way more time invested in the truck making sure we looked at everything he was asking us to do. He literally said we gouged him and was yelling when walking out of my office. It really hurt my heart that people are so mean. Being that he didn't have any actual work done he said he wasn't paying a diagnostic fee, no one does that. He kept saying you all are just gouging people! Keep in mind he said he was referred from Redemption Church, are you serious that even broke my heart even more. Keep in mind he left and didn't pay his bill. Anyone that knows us know we are fair, we go above and beyond to help and insure that your cars are safely on the road. We love and appreciate everyone that comes here and every who continues to support us. One Bad apple can just bring you down! Please know all of our loyal customers and even all the new ones we get daily or weekly we have NEVER came across someone this mean in 30 YEARS! Running a business is not for the weak. We work countless hours and try to provide a great service. We are proud of the business we have built and we can go home at night and sleep peacefully, knowing we did everything in our best capabilities. We treat everyone fairly for the work we provide here.
