Holt Auto Body is looking for a motivated and dependable Paint Prepper to join our team in Farmington, MO.

Responsibilities:

* Vehicle prep work for paint
* Sanding and masking
* Priming panels and parts
* Buffing and polishing
* Assisting painters and keeping work areas clean
* Helping maintain quality finishes and quick turnaround times

Requirements:

* Must have basic experience in the auto body/refinish field
* Familiar with prep work, masking, priming, and buffing
* Good attitude and willingness to learn
* Able to work in a fast-paced shop environment
* Attention to detail is a must

We’re willing to train the right person on our processes and techniques, but applicants must already have basic industry experience.

Competitive pay based on experience.
