This month we’re celebrating the incredible women who help keep Auto-Wares running strong!
Today we’re recognizing Mandy Carpenter, dispatcher at our Auto Value Farmington store #323. Mandy plays a critical role in one of the busiest and most demanding stores in the company, helping manage the flow of 250–300 deliveries each day.
Working under constant pressure, Mandy keeps drivers moving and ensures customers receive their parts on time. It’s no small task, but she handles it with consistency and focus—resulting in very few customer complaints and a level of service the store can rely on every day.
Her work often happens behind the scenes, but the impact is clear. Mandy’s dedication and attention to detail make her a key part of the store’s success, and her efforts do not go unnoticed.
