You get to the job site. Pick up your power tool. And it's out of juice. Now what? For a growing number of vehicle shoppers, the answer could be sitting in the driveway. Some of today's hybrid vehicles offer vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability, allowing the vehicle's high-voltage battery to serve as a mobile power source.

Whether it's powering tools on a job site, supporting outdoor activities or providing backup power when it's needed, buyers are increasingly looking for electrification that adds everyday value.
