Steve is back to working full-time at a regular job and is only taking on side jobs at this time. He would love to keep the shop after the lease expires in January, but this may not be possible. This past week, Steve went back to working full-time as a marine mechanic at a marina in Detroit. Unfortunately, after losing our shop partner in early September, we couldn't handle the overhead alone. Although he still has the shop, he is only able to take on side jobs and right now, he is pretty backed up with those. We wanted to let everyone know. We will keep everyone posted about where we'll be headed as a business in the near future. Thank you!

Happy August everyone! So the shop is pretty much empty right now and Steve is almost completely caught up with jobs. If you are needing something repaired, give him a call!
Also, (and believe me, I hate to say this), fall is right around the corner. Before you know it, the time to winterize boats and get snowmobiles ready to hit the trails will be here and Steve can do both. 313-377-4187

Today Steve is out on White Lake repairing a pontoon that was already in the water and not running. Did you know that he will come to you to fix your boat if need be? Like I've said before there is not much he can't fix, and he'll come to you if neccessary. Give him a call!

Today was a FANTASTIC day!
Just over a year ago, before Steve made the leap of faith to start his own business, I volunteered him for a job rebuilding/repairing an engine of a boat that was 48 years old. Bottom line: we bit off more than we could chew with how much we worked, and it was all my fault for volunteering him!
For the last 13 months, we've been slowly working on this boat which belongs to an old acquaintance of Steve's. In the dead of winter, we made the choice to lease the shop and this boat was the biggest motivator for us to take a huge plunge to start the business.
For the last six weeks, the boat has been on the top of our list of things to get done. Day in and day out...it's been all about THIS boat. And everytime he thought it was just about done, Steve would find a new problem, right down to the last day.
I am OVERJOYED to announce that we put it in Wolverine Lake to day for a test run and WOW...I am so damn proud of my husband!!! It ran great and last year it wouldnt even start.
Tonight was even better when we dropped the boat off to our very happy customer. What a great feeling of accomplishment!
With all that said, we are ready to take on more work again.
