Sam Pack's Auto Group

The Pack Auto Group hosted the region's Better Business Bureau of North Central Texas Wichita Falls in Lubbock.... "Fall Toast" Award Event.

The yearly highlight meets to recognize the transparency and ethics in business; BBB nationally calls this the "Torch Award for Ethics". Five Star Chevrolet was honored to be a finalist in their category. Congratulations to our team members of Five Star Chevrolet.

Pack Auto Group is fortunate to have several members of its family when the torch award: Five Star Ford North Richland Hills earned the award in 2012; First Texas won in 2024; and Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Carrollton in 2020 and 2025.

Stories like Robert's remind us why giving back is never optional — it's everything. ❤️

A mechanic by trade. A fighter by nature. After losing nearly everything to shoulder surgery and colon cancer, Robert was nominated by Metrocrest Services for a Little Wish through WFAA .

The Sam Pack Auto Group was beyond honored to help — offering rental assistance and apartment essentials to a man who has given so much and deserves so much more.

To Robert and every person facing impossible odds — we see you, we stand with you, and we will always show up. 💙
