At KIA of Fargo we take pride in making sure our sales team is knowledgeable, friendly, and is going to provide you with a shopping experience that isn’t what most people expect when visiting a car dealership. We are a “one price” dealership with our prices clearly displayed in the windshields. Everyone who walks in pays the same fair price. Why should one person get a better deal on the exact same vehicle as someone who walks in later? Just because they were better at negotiating? It doesn’t make for a very credible reputation. One price pricing eliminates hours of negotiation and focuses on making sure you are in the right vehicle for your wants and needs. It also takes away commission salespeople who can “lead” you to a vehicle they may get paid better on. Our salespeople are paid a flat pay on every vehicle, so they get paid the same amount no matter which vehicle you choose. It also applies to your trade-in. Your trade value is the same towards any vehicle you choose as well. We want you to have fun when you are shopping with us and we want you to have a great experience. We know we aren’t going to win and get every sale, but even if you don’t purchase from us, we want you to be able to tell people, “hey, you know shopping at KIA of Fargo was actually a pretty good time”.
