Figured I’d post about this issue that the 2003-2013 Dodge Ram 2500/3500’s have with cracking and sometimes exploding the transfer cases and or tail housings due to driveline vibrations. There is a support mount to help prevent this common little catastrophe. It requires a skid plate ehich a lot of them do not come with from the factory but can easily be added as well. Cost is about $300 of you have the skid plate, about $200 more if you need the skid plate added.

Here is a rebuild we did for a 2001 F-250 with a V10. Updated the valve body, pump, torque converter, cooler bypass, intermediate sprag, intermediate piston snap ring, forward clutch snap ring and solenoid block. Just some common upgrades to fix known issues.

Here’s a little demonstration on how we custom make U-Bolts. It’s an interesting process. Due to risk of breaking the bolt during the first bend, we choose to do many small bends. The last few bends were needed to adjust the bottom width to match the needed distance of the original bolt. This process makes for a perfect fit every time!
