Over the years, there have been several owners of the company, the last being Cragar which eventually shuttered the brand in the '90's. Our company, Motorspot, Inc. has been a wire wheel and wide whitewall tire specialist since 1996, offering our customers wire wheels from such brands as Dayton, Zenith, Roadster and Wheelsmith. s, and still is, Truespoke. Having discovered that Truespokes were no longer being made, we made it our purpose to acquire and revive this important brand. In 2007, Motorspot, Inc., acquired the rights to the Truespoke trademark and wheels. Over the past few years, we have brought these amazing looking wheels back to the market but with many improvements both structurally and aesthetically. Without disturbing the original appearance of the wheels, we have introduced show-quality polishing and chrome plating along with making the center hub a one-piece, forged steel unit. Thank you for watching this video. It was our intention to let the viewer see the difference between the 100 spoke, 88 spoke and 72 spoke Dayton, Wheels. We carry all of the Dayton styles here at our store. We are the only company in the world that sells both the Dayton and Truespoke wire wheels. The Dayton satisfy our customers a demand knock off style wheels while the Truespoke wheels come only in direct bolt style. This is why we’re able to sell both brands of wheels. They do not conflict with each other.

We just finished building a set of 17 X 8 inch Truespoke Wire Wheels for a customer who needed a custom offset. Most of our followers are used to seeing this style wheel in 13 and 14 inch sizes.
In a larger diameter wheel, the unique spoke pattern of 10 groups of 5 spokes is evident. This wheel was designed by Mr. Ronald Retzlaff over 50 years ago and has never gone out of style. What makes it special is that this is the only style wheel we sell that the lug nuts can be seen and the spinner is unique.

Hello Truespoke!
I wanted to send along a few photos of my 1981 Camaro Sport, affectionately known as “Blue Magic,” and share a little of its story.
This car has been in my family for over 25 years. It sat in my uncle’s garage from the time I was about 15 years old because it had a hole in the gas tank and was never repaired. Years later, I was able to buy it from him for just $1,500 and bring it back to life.
Blue Magic still has its original 66,000 miles, original seats, and original 305 V8 engine. I’ve worked hard to preserve its originality, with the only major change being the paint. I added some custom engine dress-up pieces and an upgraded exhaust, but otherwise it’s very much the same car that left the factory in 1981.
When I came across a set of 1981 True Spoke wheels, I knew they were the finishing touch the car needed. I pulled off the rally wheels and made the switch, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
I hope when you called it “outrageous” you meant that in a good way! I personally think the spokes completely transformed the look of the car and make it stand out in all the right ways. Everywhere Blue Magic goes, people stop to take a second look.
I’m super happy to be a part of the Truespoke family. Now I just need a Truespoke shirt to go with the car!

These wheels are 100% American made. They are built in California. They carry a lifetime structural warranty. The wheels are designed specifically for vintage Cadillacs and other GM automobiles. Rear wheel drive only. The material is 6061 – T6 forged aluminum with a billet aluminum cap designated for 1957 through 1996 Rear Wheel Drive Cadillacs. Available in sizes from 15 to 20 inches and even 15 inches wide. Custom back spacing is available. Financing is available.
