1.) Are you a mobile detailer?
We offer all detailing services at our home garage in Fairview Park, Ohio. That means your vehicle will need to be dropped off/picked up from our location.
Exceptions may be made for INTERIOR details and RINSELESS exterior washes. Please contact us to inquire more about these services.
2.) Why are you so expensive?
Our rates reflect the level of service that you will receive. Sure, it's easy to go to a car wash and pay ~$20 for a wash, but did you know that you are actually DAMAGING your vehicle by doing this?
Car washes are quick and cheap for a reason; they scratch paint, spread contaminants all over your vehicle, and really don't do very much other than give you temporary protection.
Our services are performed by someone who really cares about your vehicles appearance, as much as you. Plus, we offer various discounts and incentives for returning clients. And we are always listening to customer feedback. With our service, your vehicle stays cleaner longer.
3.) Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts for First responders, Nurses, Doctors, and Students.
4.) Do you offer monthly maintenance packages?
Yes! We offer monthly or quarterly discounted maintenance packages. In order to take advantage of these services, we require that we perform a FULL interior and exterior detail on your vehicle within the last 60 days.
5.) Can you come pick up my car?
No. While we are fully licensed and insured, at this time we are not able to offer a pickup/drop off service.
