As a vital link between our skilled technicians and our valued clients, the Service Writer plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
Accurately document customer concerns, vehicle issues, and repair requests.
Generate detailed work orders and prioritize tasks for technicians.
Communicate effectively between customers and the repair team, providing updates on service progress.
Estimate repair costs and timelines, and secure approvals.
Manage parts orders, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships.
Maintain records of work completed, warranties, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred but we're willing to train.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with automotive components and repairs is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What We Offer
Competitive pay based on experience, minimum starting at $18 per hour.
Part-time position with consistent hours Monday - Thursday 7:30am-2pm.
Potential for full-time in the future if desired.
Uniform provided.
Paid Holidays.
