A few months back I purchased the Edelbrock Pro Flo4 XT fuel injection system. It’s a pretty awesome setup, sequential port injection. Full timing control. Self learning as well as custom tunable. I’ve spent all the free time I could find in the mornings before work and for a few hours on Sundays when i have it installing and making the setup look and fit nicely. Got to finally take it on it’s maiden voyage this past Sunday. It was pretty awesome. Ran smoothly and acted pretty nice. Throttle response is a bit crisper, and initial startup is quick. All this done for a bit more street friendly behavior, can’t wait to hit up some cruises and shows!

Was able to get a little bit of work done today on my Impala. Finished the left quarter panel wheel opening metal replacement. First I made a quick paper template, then took a 1”X33” strip of 18 gauge steel and then using my shrinker/stretcher made the steel into the shape of the template and welded it on.

Haven’t really had a lot to post about lately, just been working on getting this place organized. And clearing out the clutter. As to make space for the next “chapter” I guess you could call it. I’ve got some cool stuff in the works I’m excited to get to share with everyone. Also, I got my 105th page like today. That’s pretty neat. Thank you to whoever you are,I hope you dig my stuff. And thank you to everyone who has and continues to like/follow.

This 1985 Jeep CJ7 came into my work a couple weeks ago to have the front body mounts repaired. Ended up replacing both front floor toe board supports and ended up needing to replace about a square foot of the drivers side floor board where the support attached. Then replaced the body mount bushings, leaf spring bushings, and installed some greasable spring shackles which ended up lifting it a little bit over stock. Turned out nice
