This was my latest build. It was Mothers day weekend. My girlfriend and I with a little help from my brother and his son we got it done. The customers loved it. Have to say it was a little challenging but not to bad. Definitely will do it again.

This all started from a broken window from my dog. Could have just fixed the widow. But I decided to put a new one in. We'll after starting I couldn't stop there. Added another window and door. Then decided to do some electrical upgrades and put in 2 new hallway lights on switches and change all the electrical plugs. Also put in new floors and drywall. Turned out great. Was alot of work, but very happy with the end result.

Customer calls and said they had water in the basement. They did in fact have water, but it was not just water. The sewer was backing up threw a floor drain. It took some time to pump the water out and snake the drains. But I got the job done.

I can paint (I don't use tape to cut in). I can hang and finish drywall, plumbing, flooring, siding, windows, doors. There is not to much in a house I can not do.
