Doug Frey is celebrating an incredible milestone — 30 years with Quality Body Works — and we couldn’t be more proud to celebrate him. For three decades, Doug has been a pillar of consistency, integrity, and professionalism, helping define the very culture and reputation that Quality Body Works is known for today. For many years, he was one of our lead estimators and truly the face of QBW — the friendly voice customers trusted, the calm presence in stressful situations, and the steady hand guiding vehicles (and people) through the repair process.

Now, Doug leads our parts department, applying that same care and precision behind the scenes to keep our production running smoothly. And in a full-circle moment that makes this milestone even more special, his son Nate Frey now works in the very role Doug once held — carrying on the family legacy of service, skill, and quality craftsmanship. Thirty years with one company is rare; thirty years of making a difference every day is extraordinary. We’re deeply grateful for Doug’s loyalty, heart, and the example he continues to set for all of us at Quality Body Works. ❤️
