These half-completed 2022 Corvettes were inside the Corvette Assembly Plant when it was struck by a tornado and GM will now be sending these to the crusher.

No meeting on Friday December 10, 2021. This is a reminder that there is no general meeting this coming Friday. We held our general meeting along with our year end banquet and Christmas party last weekend. But remember to attend our annual cookie exchange on Sunday December 12th. 40 plus members attended the October general meeting at Kendall Chevrolet on Friday night Great presentations by Al and Stan, plus we started nominations for 2022 officers and board members. We finished the meeting with a Corvette themed cake and ice cream to celebrate Dennis Cannon's birthday!

CCC members enjoyed another sunny drive on Saturday to the Mapleton Harvest Festival. Nice car show, good vendors and fantastic weather!

The club has been enjoying the last beautiful days of summer. A great drive on scenic back roads of Oregon ended with dinner at The Old Spagetti Factory on Friday. Followed by another cruise back to Eugene. A perfect day to enjoy our Corvette's and friends!
Thank Jim & Nancy for being our tour leaders! And yes, we also included Larry's car--even if he parked on the wrong side of the parking lot! WE are planning another cruise to Mapleton on Oct 2nd. Let get our cars on the road while this weather is still nice.
