Caitlyn has been part of the automotive industry for six years and has spent the past four years helping keep our shop running smoothly. With a background in automotive parts, she developed a strong hands-on understanding of how vehicles work and continues to build her knowledge every day through real-world experience. As Office Manager, Caitlyn oversees inventory, organization, and daily operations while ensuring every customer feels informed and confident throughout the repair processβand helps keep Coleman and the rest of the shop running smoothly.
She enjoys breaking down complicated automotive issues into terms customers can understand and believes that helping people make informed decisions about their vehicles is one of the most rewarding parts of her job. Whether sheβs improving processes behind the scenes or helping keep families safe on the road, her goal is always to leave things better than she found them.
Outside of the shop, Caitlyn enjoys being outdoors, learning about beekeeping, hiking, tackling projects with her partner, Coleman, and adding to her bug collection. She shares her home with two dogs and two cats and believes that everything happens for a reason.
