This week we are introducing Will.

With over 20 years of automotive experience and four years at our shop, our cashier brings a lifetime of industry knowledge to the front counter. A graduate of Universal Technical Institute (UTI), he earned I-CAR certification, achieved ASE Master Technician status, and holds 608/609 refrigerant certifications. Although he’s now the friendly face greeting customers, his extensive technical background allows him to understand repairs from both the customer and technician perspectives.

His passion for automotive repair began by working on his own vehicles, and what he enjoys most is solving problems and everything that comes with horsepower. He has a special appreciation for domestic vehicles and jokes that his favorite part of the workday is β€œ5 o’clock.” One of his most memorable experiences? Surviving a runaway diesel while driving itβ€”a story he’s always happy to tell.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find him enjoying road trips, scenic drives, or riding motorcycles.
