Here is more information on the Ludington Street Cruise regarding parking and parade route
⚠️ ATTENTION: Anyone planning to drive a non-street-legal vehicle in Friday night’s parade (racecars, etc.) - PLEASE read this post carefully!
We’ve worked directly with local authorities to allow non-street-legal vehicles to participate in the parade for the first time in many years. However, to help ensure we’re able to continue doing this in the future, there are VERY specific roads and times where these vehicles are legally permitted to operate.
We kindly ask that you reference the attached map and follow these instructions carefully.
━━━━━━━━━━━━
TRAILER PARKING / UNLOADING:
Participants may park trailers and unload vehicles in the parking lots off Stephenson Avenue that are highlighted on the attached image. (Please do NOT block any building entrances or access points)
HUGE thank you to RaceDriven and Riverside Auto Group for allowing us to utilize their lots for parade participants!
Once unloaded, participants should follow the BLUE route down to Ludington Park for parade lineup at 6:30pm.
━━━━━━━━━━━━
IMPORTANT: Non-street-legal vehicles will be permitted on the roads highlighted in blue from 6:30pm-8:30pm on Friday, May 29th ONLY. Anyone deviating outside of the approved roads/times will be doing so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
The parade will begin at 7:00pm. Once the parade reaches the highlighted parking lot area, participants who trailered their vehicles and utilized those lots should exit the parade route and return directly to their trailers to reload. Continuing beyond the designated areas may result in tickets, citations, fines, etc.
━━━━━━━━━━━━
Please help us keep this safe, organized, and respectful so we can continue allowing unique vehicles like these to participate in future events.
