Good morning all my friends and family, I have a small poll for everyone. So we have noticed the car count drop at the l**e center on Main Street. I am attempting to figure out why, the cost is lower than most, and I believe the service is great. I’m looking for some insight on any issues that need tending to. So if possible could you reply with any concerns. Here are a few I have heard already.

1. Not open on saturdays.
2. Our price is great but I can get it cheaper else where.
3. We try to up sell on everything
4. The economy is killing me

So if any of this applies to your concern please just put the number down on your comments. As for selling air filters, as well as other items. We do not hold you hostage on any thing we offer. We just want you to know what we see, maintenance is a key factor to longevity. Just say no if you want to wait on anything offered. Also I will be stopping bring your own oil and filter. It has become an issue with us, we do not check anything when you bring your own items. We will charge you to check anything other than just draining and filling with your product. I will not warranty anything with the oil you bring. If your car calls for 0w20 and you bring 10w30 I will install it but you are on your own. We are the only people locally doing this and after pricing oil and filters from parts store we have found your paying the same thing or more. There is a few exceptions, so the bring your own product will stop at end of month. Have a wonderful day and god bless.

Please everyone it isn’t rocket science, do not park in front of my bay doors and leave with the key! How is a garage suppose to function if I can’t in the door? Use common sense, if the cars are parked on one side attempt to park there. If you cannot park on that side park down side of the road, just stay out of the field it is not ours to drive in.

So it is official, just received the word from my oil rep. Oil is going up 15-25% across the board. I know most everyone has noticed gas and diesel prices, so we will have to go up 2 dollars on oil changes. I’m going to eat some of the cost, we will do our best to keep it affordable just like during pandemic and last oil hike.

Had a incident this morning at the l**e center. So when you bring your own product like oil, filters, etc. we will install but we charge for it. We are a business not a charity, we have to charge, we offer a full service that includes everything at different prices. We cannot stay in business giving you free service. Also if you come in and attack one of my guys over a price and he defends himself I will fully back him or her. We have cameras and I can see and hear most everything going on. There is no reason to attack one of my employees over a price! So please If you don’t like a price then it is your right to say no thank you. We are trying our best to not only offer you better service with pictures and videos of your vehicle and the repair but we are also trying to keep a value to you. So please let’s all be grown and not get violent over prices. God bless and love you all.

Good morning Erwin and Unicoi, starting Monday we will be doing brake jobs at the l**ecenter. These are going to be more of an express style. We will inspect brakes at your convenience as well as clean and install new rotors and pads. We will not be doing any major brake repair there, only express items at a discount for our customers. The big store behind clearances has been so busy we have been scheduling brakes to far out. This causes more damage and more money for our customers. So now I will be doing brakes at the l**ecenter to help save everyone money. So please call Damian at 423-388-4830 and let him get you set up.
