We're hiring! Enterprise KIA is growing and we are looking to add another oil change/tire technician to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
Oil & Fluid Services: Drain oil, replace oil filters, and check/refill fluids (transmission, brake, coolant, power steering, windshield washer) to manufacturer specifications.
Tire Services: Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires; check tread depth and tire pressure.
Preventative Maintenance: Inspect vehicles for leaks, worn belts, hoses, or damaged components.
Customer Service: Communicate with customers about services, explain findings, and recommend necessary maintenance.
Safety & Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area, properly dispose of waste, and strictly adhere to safety policies.

Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in a, l**e shop, or tire center is often preferred, though entry-level positions exist.
Skills: Basic mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand/power tools, and understanding of vehicle maintenance.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50–100 lbs occasionally, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
Characteristics: Strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
