Sometimes progress looks like passing a test.
Sometimes it looks like turning a key in the ignition. 🔑

One of our Adult participants is working hard toward her GED while balancing family responsibilities and a single-income household. When car trouble threatened to interrupt her momentum, our community stepped in.

With supportive service funding through Kansas-WorkforceONE and the generosity of Delgado's Auto Repair, what could have been a pause in her journey became just another chapter in her success story.

This is what workforce development really looks like - neighbors showing up for neighbors, businesses investing in people, and small interventions creating life-changing outcomes. 💙
