The more Honda’s I restore the more I like them. I’ve been a Yamaha guy my whole life. I like the tight tolerances on Honda and how smooth everything goes together. When the CR’s idle it sounds crisp. Speaking of Running Honda’s here is the running 1985 Honda CR 80. Pre-sold

Out on a leisurely Sunday afternoon drive, when this 85 Suzuki RM 80 finds its way into the back of my truck. I’ve never seen a 85 RM 80 in person. What a very cool and rare bike. Yes, it’s available to purchase as a restored bike. Price and process is on my website restorationxcycles.com. First to sign a contract and put down a deposit will be the new owner.

A high percentage of all restoration I do are for repeat clients. Frank is no exception. In 2023 he had me restore a 81 RM 465, 86 YZ 490, 03 KX 500, 01 KTM EXC 380 and today the very rare 83 RM 500 arrived at the shop for a restoration. Thank you to Frank, for your support and your confidence in RXC to bring these bikes back. We need to get some Honda red in that collection. We may be adding a CR 480 to that collection next year.
