BREAKDOWNS…..

They never happen at the right time! But even mechanic trucks break down from time to time. Normally we are on the other end of this and get to be a great help to our loyal customers. But this week it chose us. One of our trucks blew a turbo yesterday so we’ll have one of of commission for the remainder of the week as we wait for parts. We appreciate your patience as we wrap up the end of the week.

And also thanks to Big Mikes for the over an hour tow home last night they did a great job. If you’re in the Akron area definitely give them a call if you need a tow.

We bring the shop to you!

During an oil leak inspection we found this Pete had some smoked rear engine mount bushings that ruined one of the frame mounted saddles. We supported the engine and supported the cab and got new bushings and mounts installed in this Pete all on site. No sending drivers out to shuffle trucks around to shops. We get this done all on site at your convenience.

Saturday service calls 🔧. A grapple truck went down in the middle of the road. The pto shut off while picking logs from yesterday’s high winds. We arrived on site and diagnosed the issue quickly. We were able to source the pto solenoid on a Saturday from a local friend of ours and configure the burnt harness to get this truck packed up and off the roadway. Another costly tow bill avoided 😎
