6.7 Powerstroke turbo finally gave up. 💨

Once we dug into it, we found 4 broken exhaust manifold studs hiding underneath and shrunk manifolds.

Instead of spending nearly the same money putting factory parts back on, we upgraded it with a set of BD exhaust manifolds and took care of it the right way.

New turbo, upgraded manifolds, broken studs handled, and this Powerstroke is back to work. 🔧🔥

Fix it once. Upgrade it while you’re there.

Just out here doing these 6.7 Cummins flat tappet conversions in our sleep. 🥱

This one let the lifter tick go a little too long and paid the price. Luckily, we caught it before it turned into a complete engine failure.

Saved the engine, got it converted, and sent it back out running right.

That tick isn’t going to fix itself. 👀

2024 Cummins in for some more power AND reliability! 🔥

Don’t let someone convince you that flashing these trucks or any truck with a cheap “Mexico File” is the same thing as having it done right.

Poor tuning can leave you with a truck that runs like crap, shifts like crap, or worse leaves you walking when the transmission gives up.

Buy once, cry once.

Spend the money to have it done right the first time.

Some jobs are bigger than business.

This ambulance was headed to the Widemouth 2 Fire when it broke down on the side of the road. Overheating, far from home, and far from the help it needed. They managed to make it to our shop at closing time.

After getting it inside, we found multiple issues all happening at once:
• A large piece of plastic lodged between the radiator and A/C condenser, restricting airflow.
• A failed fan clutch.
• A leaking water pump.
• An air filter that was completely plugged from the last wildfire response.

This wasn’t a quick fix, but turning them away wasn’t an option.

We stayed after hours, got to work, and had the ambulance repaired and back on the road that same night so they could get back to doing what they do best.

When first responders need help, you do everything you can to get them back in service. We’re proud to have played a small part in keeping them rolling.

That’s what it’s all about.

Farm trucks deserve cool upgrades too. 🔥

This Cummins came in with a failed water pump. Instead of replacing it with another factory style pump that could eventually fail again, we upgraded it with a Bullet Proof Diesel water pump built to last.

When you can fix it once and do it right, that’s the route we like to take. Reliability matters whether it’s a work truck, a tow rig, or a daily driver.
