We got this Logan in and out of the shop and back on the road. We set the camber and toe on both axles, replaced wheels bearings, and aligned both axles all within a day! This trailer is a good example of not all tire wear leads back to an Alignment!

Many people automatically assume it’s an alignment issue and while that can be the case, one of the most common problems we find is incorrect axle camber on trucks and trailers.

When camber is off, it can cause uneven tire wear, excessive heat buildup, and even premature tire failures. It will also cause the truck or trailer to track left or right causing it to road walk . An alignment may not fully solve the problem if the axle itself isn’t set to the proper specifications.

Don’t keep replacing tires without finding the real problem. Let us take a look and help keep your equipment running safely and efficiently.

Experience with MIG welding and flux-core welding is required.

Suspension Mechanics (1–2 Positions Available)

This position would include tear downs, suspension repairs, and maintenance on heavy duty trucks and trailers. Previous experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic and is willing to learn!
