Staying in touch with me while your repair is here, is ideal. I'm very reasonable with my customers and easy to get along with but when your repair sits here and no communication, I assume it's just sitting here with no intention to be fixed and would like it gone if you're not going to get it fixed. If you are short on funds, just be honest. We all struggle at sometime. You could make payments while it's here or pick up and bring back for repair when you have the funds. I'm a straight up guy and just being honest here. I treat everyone the same family or not. I appreciate everyone's business!! Thanks

From now forward there will be storage fees if your repair has not been picked up within 10 days after it's been fixed! All diagnostic fees will be due upon arrival.
