Did you know the Dodge brothers started out making bicycles? 🚲💨

Long before Dodge became synonymous with high-horsepower muscle cars, its storied history began nearly 110 years ago in the small town of Niles, Michigan.

The brand was founded by brothers John Dodge (born 1864) and Horace Dodge (born 1868). Already highly mechanically inclined, the brothers moved to Detroit and, by 1901, had built the city's largest machine shop—all funded by their budding bicycle business!
