Lederfind Family Update… we are at the beach!!! It took FOREVER to pack up nearly 28 years of “stuff,” but we did it with the help of family and friends! Albeit, we have stuff in storage in Forest City, NC and Columbia, SC, but everything we need (for now) is at our house at the beach. Now to unpack all the bins and boxes😳.

I’m just getting settled in at work as the new Camp Director at but I LOVE my new job!!!

By the way, for my Scout friends and customers out there… give me a week of so and Binder Boys Scout Parts will be up and going again! I rented a parking space for my trailer and a storage unit and will get BBSP opened back up ASAP! Yes, I sold off all the “parts” vehicles and extra parts, but I still have PLENTY to sell!

LAST CALL… FINAL OFFER! $400 OBO for EVERYTHING that’s left! (NOTE: if it’s circled in red, then it’s either sold or spoken for)A quick add up would yield me about $1500+ if I kept it all to sell individually. I don’t want to scrap it, but I’m at the that point! Someone make me an offer and come get it all!

MAKE ME AN OFFER BEFORE I SCRAP IT ALL! I am moving to Garden City Beach, SC and will eventually re-open Binder Boys Scout Parts there when I find a suitable location, but I can’t take it all so I’m thinning out the inventory! EVERYTHING pictured must go soon! The parts vehicles are in a nearby junkyard in Shelby, NC. The loose Scout parts are in Ellenboro, NC. If the rims are touching each other, they are a match! My number is (828) 429-7968. Text me or leave a VM! -Howie

Anyone ever seen an IH 345/392 intake that has a big enough mounting surface for a 4 barrel carb, but it’s milled for a 2 barrel? It also sits about an inch taller than a regular 2 barrel intake. Medium/heavy duty applications? Any insight is welcome!

Binder Boys Scout Parts is MOVING! Many of you already know that I am a full-time Youth Pastor and have been for many years! I am retiring from local youth ministry and will be taking on a new role as Camp Director at a Christian Retreat in Garden City Beach, SC (Myrtle Beach area) in September. I wish I could take my whole parts pile and all 12 parts vehicles, but I have to thin out the inventory and liquidate the parts vehicles(for now). Pics and a more detailed list will be forthcoming, but for now, I have 12 Scouts… 1 Scout 80, 2 Scout 800’s, 7 Scout II’s and 2 Scout Travelers! NONE of the Scouts are restorable(in my opinion), and most of them have parts already gone, but they still have plenty of good parts on them! Price will vary based on the vehicle. I would LOVE to sell the whole lot as one, but will entertain individual purchases. This “moving sale” may include other items that are not feasible to move as well, such as a Traveler hardtop, axles, trannies and a BUNCH of old school “wagon wheel” rims (all 15” and 5x5.5). Everything is located in ir near Ellenboro, NC. Send me a message or call me at (828) 429-7968! —Howie
