Product Details
Mishimoto Silicone Body Mounts for the Ford Super Duty provide a permanent solution to sagging, misalignment, and cooling-system stress caused by deteriorated factory rubber mounts. As OEM rubber breaks down due to age, road salt, and temperature fluctuations, the cab settles toward the frame, transmitting chassis vibration directly into the radiator and cooling stack. Upgrading to silicone restores proper ride height and alignment while effectively absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness.

Each bushing is molded from premium silicone, a resilient material engineered to withstand extreme temperatures, UV exposure, and underbody chemicals. Unlike aftermarket urethane, which often results in a stiffer ride and requires regular greasing to prevent squeaks, silicone maintains its shape and flexibility. Accelerometer testing on Super Duty trucks measured a noticeable reduction in peak vertical force reaching the cab compared to OEM mounts, resulting in a significantly calmer ride.

Built to outlast the truck, each steel sleeve that carries the bushing features two layers of corrosion protection—an electrogalvanized zinc layer and a black electrophoretic finish. The system ships complete with a full hardware kit of bolts, nuts, and washers treated with a Dacromet coating, known to outlast standard zinc plating in road-salt and trail conditions. Designed and engineered in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, these mounts deliver unmatched durability and are fully backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

"Eric, I can’t say how impressed my truck performed yesterday. Heavy duty equipment trailer with a 1958 studebaker silver hawk on it, and a bunk of furniture in the bed. The shifting and power in tow mode was amazing. Averaging 75 mph on the highway I was averaging 12.7 mpg. The tune was money well spent. Attached is a picture from yesterday. Thanks again!"

With cold weather coming, cold starts can become an issue with your diesel. Especially those with higher miles and in the need of some basic maintenance. We'll start our winter series of technical information that will hopefully help keep your truck in top shape.
