Does anyone recognize this cutie? Found 2 days ago near Elkton, currently at Oregon Coast Humane Society.

Update: Breaker was transferred back to the original rescue he was adopted from in Eugene.

This sweet boy was found near Elkton this evening. Please share so we can help get him back home!

UPDATE 7/9/25: THE HEARING IS CANCELLED FOR TOMORROW, 7/10/2025 AT THE CITY HALL due to the Variance Application being withdrawn. The related Site Development Review application has also been withdrawn.

UPDATE:
After going to the Post Office and taking photos of the "NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT" posting by the City Hall, we would like to reevalute our posting and publish the posting for all to read. The meeting is in regards to allowing the proposed business a parking lot in front of the business. (please see the Site Plan below.) We appreciate everyone's comments and the respectful manor they were given. 💖Thank you Elkton! The meeting is scheduled for July 10th, @ 8:30am at the City Hall if you would like to attend and give your opinion.
