Hard work is a forgotten characteristic of a person that wants more in life then being mediocre. Stop waiting on reward, stop waiting on being recognized. Go after it! Go get it! Run them over! Everybody wants comfort. Nobody wants to work for it though. Put that head down and push! Work hard each day pushing your personal limits and stop worrying about what the other person is doing. Worry about what your not doing and start doing it! As David Goggins likes to say "stay hard"!
