PSA TO OTHER BUSINESSES
Apparently this is something we have to worry about now…

Customers editing/doctering invoices after they leave your business.

Just a reminder to KEEP YOUR RECORDS. Save original invoices, estimates, text message chains, emails, approvals, receipts, and anything else documenting what was agreed upon, sold, or performed.

We recently became aware of an invoice from our business that had been altered after the fact to show something completely different than what we actually invoiced and performed.

Thankfully we keep our original records along with the communication to back them up.

Protect yourself and your business. You never know when something from years ago might come back around.

Delaney’s Diesel is looking to bring on a part time media/content person.

I’m looking for someone local who can be at the shop a couple days a week and help with things like filming, editing, YouTube videos, Reels/Shorts, social media content, and overall marketing for Delaney’s Diesel.

You don’t necessarily need years of professional experience. I’m more interested in finding someone who is creative, motivated, understands social media, knows their way around a camera and editing software, and wants to grow with us.

Being into trucks, diesel performance and racing is obviously a huge plus.

This would be a paid part time position, with the opportunity to also earn commission/bonuses on sales generated through marketing and content.
