On June 15th, we have recieved word that one of our technicians has tested positive for Covid-19.

We have immediately closed the shop after hearing this and all employees were sent to covid testing.

All employees have test results back on Friday the 19th and we are all negative (minus the one tech).

We are now re-opened for business (again...) and our strict safety precautions remain in place.

Hello Everyone!

Unfortunately, as of June 15th, we have a technician that has tested positive for Covid-19.

For the safety of our customers, staff, and family - Dependable Auto will be closed until further notice.

We are taking this time to have all employees tested and will be in quarantine until we have test results.

Thank you for your patience, hopefully this will only take a week...

We do have NEW and Strict Safety protocols to follow to protect you and our employees:

Safety Protocols:

1) Office Door Will be closed to customers, there will be no waiting room.
2) All communication will be done over phone.
3) We urge all customers to prepare to drop off their vehicles for service. We have a key drop on our front door with envelopes that have information to be filled out. Please only leave your car key and keyfobs. No other keys please.
4) All Cars will be go through a wipe down of the steering wheel and shifter with antibacterial wipes.
5) All Employees will be wearing masks and gloves while in your vehicle.
6) We will be accepting credit card payments only at this time.
7) Because of different security features of every make and model vehicle, we will be handling returning of keys on a case by case basis. The option to pick up your key in a contactless manner will be possible through our front door slot.

We want to thank everyone for your patience and continued support as we get pass this pandemic!
